  • All custom-made curtains are final sale

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to size, color, or style selection

  • We accept refunds or replacements only if:

    • Item arrives damaged

    • Wrong item was sent

    • Manufacturing defect is found

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  Ready-to-Ship Curtains

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
